I wrote and article on this blog last week about putting bad seed into your head. It was liked by a lot of people so I guess it had content that you assocaited with.
The main concept was about looking at what goes into your brain. If you are reading lots of personal development books and then also putting bad things in your head then you are not going to get the benefit of those books.
