I came across this video on Youtube and it had me laughing. Although it is a funny one it does actually have some great leadership lessons.
The main thing that you need to believe in what you are doing and others will follow you. Any leader should believe in what they are doing.
In this video, the dancing guy doesn’t care what other people think. He just keeps doing his thing and eventually people are drawn to him.
