I did and article about the Zero Point field last week. Well I wanted to actually show you the author of the book. Lynne McTaggart.

Here book really has changed the way I believe things. I actually always believed in this but couldn’t explain it or verbalise it. What Lynne has done is shown me why. Here is a video of her talking about the field and how it works.

The Zero Point Field is something we should all care about. Some call it the Matrix, some call it the unified field. I prefer the Zero Point field term because physicists have shown that is does exist. I would even go so far as to say if you have a Personal Development plan you need to put the Zero Point Field into it.

So what are we talking about here?

Well I am no physicist but I do love to know about this sort of thing. It pushed the boundaries of “Believe and Achieve” or “what you think about most you get”. It takes me into thinking about how just thinking can change my life.

If any physicist is reading this then please forgive me for my incorrect terminology. For anyone else…well you won’t know the difference!

I have just finished a book by Lynne McTaggart called “The Field”. It is an amazing book, I mean really amazing. What Lynne has done in this book is showed the scientific proof intertwined with the spiritual beliefs and teachings that we are all connected in a field of consciousness.

The best part about all of this is if you have read any spiritual teachings then you know that is true! It is what these teachers have been saying for 1000′s of years. But now, we have scientific proof. We have evidence that can’t be fluffed away. It’s scientifically proven!

The funny thing about this is that if you are reading this and have been following a spiritual path for a while you won’t need scientific proof. You KNOW it is right. But the rest of us do need some proof.

I really hate to say this but in some part of my soul, I like the fact that scientifically it has been proven. This is because I have been brought up in the modern world and conditioned.

An example would be when having a discussion with someone about this I find it hard to get my point across using spiritual examples. It is easy to come back with “Well that is what they believe so for them it is real”. See what I mean?

But now! Now scientists have shown that your consciousness is connected with mine. Yes, that is what I said and what they have proven. Actually you are connected with everyone else in the world. And let me really give you something……this includes animals, plants and even non living things like stones.

Eastern beliefs have long understood this. We in the West are just beginning to.

When someone says “I can feel the atmosphere in the room” that is exactly what they can feel. They can FEEL the atmosphere.

The feeling is waves, waves that we put out and we receive. We are doing it all the time. Scientists have got “Chi Masters” into labs and recorded the waves of energy they put out. You know what? They put out a lot!

In the book Lynne explains some experiments that showed non healers healing people just by thought. I mean it. There were a group of people who were not considered healers. Over a time they were asked to think about some people who were ill. It was proven that the group that were being thought about actually get well. They didn’t know they were being thought about!

Telepathy, remote viewing, telekinesis and being physic can all be understood with the Zero Point Field.

What is the Zero Point Field?

Well the way I like to look at it is just like the Matrix in the film, The Matrix or the force in Star Wars. Neo in the Matrix could see the Matrix as numbers rather than the images other people saw. He could see the Matrix was just like a pool and we all came from that pool. We are all connected. Like if you had a big sheet and stood under it. If other people stood under the sheet it would drape over you and connect you all.

That is exactly what the Zero Point Field is. It is the point at which we are all connected.

So why do some people feel this more that others? Mainly being open to it. When I say open I mean being open to what it is and how it works. Honestly, I want to be more open to the field. I have come to think that I am a bit Physic. Actually we all are but it can take something to change in your life to realise.

If you are the type of person who is a “people person” you are probably more in touch with the Zero point Field that you know. If you can feel other people’s feelings then that is exactly what the field is about.

We have all had that experience where you are thinking of someone and then they call! That is what this is about. Even if you say that is coincidence, well yes but I think that comes from the field.

If you know that this world has more to it than you can see then you are right. Believe your feelings about it. I am here now typing this, while reading this about being in touch with me. Think about sending positive thoughts to other people who are reading this. The field isn’t time worried! Even if I write this now and you read it later, we are connecting.
