A Man with a Plan! Barack Obama Has Goals! Video

Political standpoint and views aside, here is a fantastic example, of someone who has a firm planned fixed in their mind. A strong Vision that he will chase and chase.

How can you tell? Well firstly he is clear about the objectives. There is no messy description, no fluff. Just his clear objectives.  Secondly he is open about the challenges that are ahead but his use of words and language tell the listener that he is prepared for these. He knows delay and set backs will happen but the goal is clear.  There is a specific time frame he wants it to be done.  That may move but there is an initial time.

Lastly and most important of all he has a vision. As I said at the top, political standpoint and views aside, here is a man that isn’t bogged down by the detail and HOW TO’s.  He is more interested in WHY and WHEN. That is not to say he won’t work on detail just that what he is really focused on is the results.

You know the saying? People who know HOW always work for those that know WHY!
